About The Program

Prime Minister Shri Narender Modi launched the 'Swasth Nari Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan'on September 17, 2025. The campaign highlights the message "Healthy Women, Empowered Families", placing women's health at the center of family and national progress. The Swasth Nari Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan is running from September 17th to October 2nd . The campaign is also observing "Poshan Maah" (Nutrition Month) at Anganwadis. This campaign is designed to improve nutrition, health awareness and overall well-being among children and women.

Activities at Ayushman Arogya Mandirs & Community Health Centres include screenings for NCDs, TB, sickle cell, cancers, and anaemia; maternal and child health services such as ANC and immunization; and counselling on nutrition, menstrual hygiene, and healthy lifestyles. Poshan Maah promotes millet-based diets, reduced oil and sugar, and local food traditions, while voluntary blood donation drive encourages community participation.

By integrating health, nutrition, and empowerment, Swasth Nari Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan strengthens families and contributes to building a Viksit Bharat @2047.
